Selinah joined the unit in the year 2001, stays in Winterveldt and is 23 years old. After failing her matric exams in 2000 and not being able to be enrolled for the following year, she was devastated. She then heard of the papermaking unit from her sister, and after understanding how it works decided to join – she has been a member since then. She feels that financial records are now kept well and also that the structure of the business is well organized and that it runs like a business. She is the bookkeeper and makes sure that the finances are recorded in a business manner.
