Emily is 33 years of age, stays in Winterveldt, and started with the project in the 1998. She is amongst the very first members who started with the project; Tshwaraganang was only a year old when she started. She was looking for a job and someone informed her about Tshwaraganang. She joined the group and was also told about profit sharing versus earning a salary. She feels that there is a lot of improvement from the time they started till now, especial on finance.
